Bibble and Sip: The Best Cream Puffs
The best cream puffs in New York City.
While visiting New York City, I stumbled upon this cute little bakery and coffeehouse by accident. I noticed it because there was some kind of a long line. The place is called Bibble and Sip. I got curious and asked somebody about the long line. I told one guy I was visiting the city. He explained that the place makes the best cream puffs, and that they have the best matcha cream puff. Whoa! I felt my eyes lit up. The thought of matcha cream puffs suddenly made my mouth water. So, I decided to fall in line. Sure, I wanted to taste the best cream puffs.
As I waited in line, I was observing Bibble and Sip’s offerings. This charming cafe in Midtown is casual, serving upscale coffees, teas and pastries. They’ve got some creative and amazing-looking pastries and desserts on display. I saw the writing on their board that all the treats are baked fresh daily, from scratch. The smell of the coffee was so delightful. I couldn’t wait any longer… I wanted my coffee and my cream puffs!
When it was my turn to order, I noticed the Alpaca on their logo. I casually asked the girl at the register about the logo theme and I was told it was just basically a personal liking by the owner. I ordered their Lavender Latte and their Matcha Cream Puff.
I got my food. It was love at first bite. But oh my God, their cream puffs are huge! And I love that they are huge because you just couldn’t get enough of them. They are HEAVENLY. Yes, the best cream puffs ever. I can’t even explain how creamy goodness it was. You’ll just have to try it. A must. Their lavender latte is very good as well! Needless to say for the few days I was there, I went to Bibble and Sip every day, ha! Tried different things, but the matcha cream puff remained my first love.
I truly wish that they would start shipping these cream puffs same day! I don’t get to visit NYC that often, and I want those damn cream puffs!
